Q - Although these decors are like the ones I bought in department stores and after two months break off?
A - No!
The reason is that most likely the ones that are sold in department stores are decorated paper while our decorations are in vinyl. The first are adhesives with a layer of paper on which there is printed above and are coated with a glossy film. They have a lower dosage of glue so after a while they tend to break away and if exposed too much directly to the sunlight they may discolour. Moreover once applied they have a shiny effect that clashes with the wall, generally matt.
DecorAmo products are instead guaranteed for 4/5 years as estate of colour. Being slightly opaque once it applied it seems that the decoration is painted on the wall.

Q - Your wall stickers adhere well on special walls such as those treated with wax or enamel?
A - On smooth walls treated with enamel or wax or particularly smooth, it change the ease of initial adhesion. It is more difficult to remove from the Application Tape wall sticker because the texture of the wall is less "gripping" compared to a normally painted wall. It all works around impressing a vigorous pressure on the decor through a simple coin and taking great care to separate application tape from the wall sticker.

Q - It’s possible to have wall stickers with a transparent bottom?
A - Actually wall stickers are pre-spaced... so between the different parts of the same decor there is no sticker! For example if you consider the phrases, between a letter and the other is "transparent" but in the sense that there is no adhesive, only the letters are sticky.

Q - If I buy a wall sticker phrase, I have to attack the letters one by one?
A - No. We send you to the sentence between two supports, a sheet of smooth paper and a sheet of application tape. Through the application tape and following the instructions that we send with the wall sticker, you can easily transfer and all at once the phrase on the wall.

Q - The wall on which I will apply the wall stickers must be totally smooth?
A - If the wall has some roughness the decoration seems even more like painted because adhering to the surface it takes all her curves.

Q - Can I install the decorations by myself?
A - It certainly is. Simply following the instructions for the application you will not have any problem.

Q - Where can I apply DecorAmo products?
A - In addition on the walls they are fine on a furniture, a door of a household appliance, a window or a mirror, on your computer, in any smooth, clean and dry surface. Even on the tiles that are just not embossed!

Q – Can I remove them and reapply on other supports?
A - Once you have installed the stickers we recommend to not to detach them to replace it, the operation may fail. We recommend you to linger a moment to see if actually comes under the area where you had thought to apply it, before you start with the applying procedure.

Q – What is the duration of DecorAmo products?
A - The outdoor durability is 4 years. Inside is 8 years.

Q - Can I easily remove a sticker from the wall if I decide to take them off?
A - The best procedure is to exercise heat on the wall stickers with an hair dryer. Raise a corner of the adhesive with your fingernail or a knife and gently tear it off.
